January 31, 2004

The twentieth annual Visual Art Exchange Fundraiser and Art Auction. I donated #1/50 of the 20x24" edition of "Pavlov's Dog, Schrödinger's Cat", and #1/50 of the 20x24" edition of "Echo and Narcissus"; they both sold at auction.

October 18, 2003

The thirteenth annual Works Of Heart art auction was held in the A.J. Fletcher Opera Theater at the BTI Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh, NC. I donated #2/50 of the 20x24" edition of "Trojan War".

September 2003

One of my pieces ("Echo and Narcissus") was juried into the "NEW (Never Exhibited Works) Show" at the Visual Art Exchange. The juror was Jerry Jackson, Cultural Arts Administrator at the Rocky Mount Arts Center in Rocky Mount, NC.

The piece I donated to the Works Of Heart art auction ("Trojan War") was placed on display with other donated works at the Durham Art Guild gallery in Durham, NC.

August 2003

One of my pieces ("Trojan War") was juried into the "It's All Wet" exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange; it was awarded an Honorable Mention. The juror was Grace Li Wang, owner of the Grace Li Wang Art Gallery.

July 2003

Two of my pieces ("God Oversleeps" and "Trojan War") were in the "Heavenly Creatures" exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange.

April 2003

Two pieces, "Light" and "Darkness" (by myself and Susi Haisty), were juried into "Let There Be Light", an exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange. The juror was Linda Ruth Dickinson, an artist at Artspace in Raleigh, NC.

February 2003

An acrylic-on-canvas version of "Oswald" was accepted into the Visual Art Exchange show called "In The Mood".

I participated in a three-person show at the Vineyard Café in Raleigh, NC. Nine of my pieces were on display.

October 19, 2002

The twelfth annual Works of Heart art auction. I donated #1/50 of the 20x24" edition of "Chris and Morty". It was juried into the live auction portion of the event; it sold for $800.00.

August-September 2002

Four of my pieces, a mixed-media version of "Monet Takes A Wrong Turn", "Neville and Gladys", a 24x30" acrylic-on-canvas version of "Oswald", and one other were featured at an exhibit at the Capital City Club in downtown Raleigh, NC.

June 2002

One of my pieces, a mixed-media version of "Monet Takes A Wrong Turn", was juried into "Something Borrowed, Something Blue", an exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange. The juror was Professor Charles Joyner of the Department of Art and Design at North Carolina State University.

April 2002

One of my pieces, an acrylic-on-canvas version of "Neville and Gladys", was juried into "Spring Has Sprung", an exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange. The juror was Lottie Campenella, artist and owner of Campenella Art Gallery in Chapel Hill, NC.

November-December, 2001

Solo exhibit at the Brass Grill and Market, sponsored by the Visual Art Exchange.

October 13, 2001

The eleventh annual Works of Heart art auction. The piece I donated, "Picasso Enters His 'Kind Of Blue' Period", sold at auction.

Three of my pieces, "Oswald", "Clive", and "Squeaky", were placed on display at the Cotton Company Gallery in Wake Forest, NC.

Two of my pieces, "Neville and Gladys", and "Benjamin Franklin Erupts", were juried into "Hot!", an exhibit at the Visual Art Exchange. The juror was Elizabeth Johnson, owner of the Cotton Company Gallery in Wake Forest, NC.

My friend Susi Haisty and I founded Dig This, a design, illustration, and graphics company.

May-June, 2001

Solo exhibit at the Cameron Village Regional Library, sponsored by the Visual Art Exchange. I exhibited eight pieces: "Neville and Gladys", "Oswald", "Clive", "Sisyphus", "Benjamin Franklin Erupts", "Squeaky", "Picasso Enters His 'Kind Of Blue' Period", and "Rapunzel".

I was accepted as guest artist at the Carter Building studios for the First Friday Gallery Walk. I exhibited two pieces: an acrylic-on-canvas version of "Neville and Gladys" and an acrylic-on-canvas work called "Pi".
